This was one of the first models I made in the Hero Forge program several years ago, and I ordered a printed hard copy of this figurine. The colors and uniform style had to be "close enough" choosing from the elements in Hero Forge's "closet."

Not actually--Hero Forge has a 3D character generator program. You can get the figures printed by ordering them, but they're 25 mm and a lot of the detail gets lost at that scale.
