Ever since the trailer for the Animaniacs reboot dropped, that one particular scene everyone knows about sparked an idea in my head. One that I had actually briefly touched upon quite recently in this gallery, the fight of the century between 2 western animation characters' anime incarnations.

Those 2 characters of course being Nicole Watterson and Dot Warner.

Originally, I had tried to make a picture of their encounter on my own, but nothing I did felt like it did the concept justice. However, I refused to let this idea simply be a flash in the pan. It HAD to be done.

So after some browsing, on another site I have a gallery in,  bbmbbf had uploaded his own picture of Dot in her anime form, and it was then I knew that I hit the jackpot. So I emailed him the idea, he loved it, and the rest is history.
