Believe it or not, Shila is not a self insert and not based on myself at all.
Carmilla Schmidt here though is based on me.
The name is inspired from my own name, Danish names and the nature of the quirk (chameleon/camouflage/invisibility).
Her quirk is a haze that is emitted from her body and makes her invisible. It disperses quickly when she moves fast though because she isn't that trained.
People tend to forget she's in the room when she sits still, because the haze surrounds her by default.
She can transfer the haze to objects or other people, but will fade away after a while or if they similarly move fast.
She has a chameleon-like tail that can move.
I haven't quite decided whether she's in business class or support class as a costume designer. She's NOT a hero!
She has a severe case of resting bitch face, but she's really a kind person, although she suffers social anxiety around strangers.
Once you get to know her though, she can be fun and loud and full of good ideas. She likes to send her friends random memes.
She lives in Denmark, but she is online friends with Shila through a manga they both read and enjoyed.
