i really like paint tool sai because it has layers, but one of the brushes, the Binary brush, is very reminiscent of the pixel pencil in MSpaint! but- theres one thing- the bucket tool doesnt work well with the brush! but you can just draw the lines in sai, and then copy them into mspaint to color them! good luck and this is very cute and cool :)
