I just got this puppy from Krowul on DeviantArt so I immediately made an icon of him!
His name is (as one might guess by the title) Binky!
He is completely sentient, although he can't speak!
He's a clown for hire and you can pay him with a crisp $17.28 and a 2 liter of Big Red.
Who wouldn't want a mutant clown dog to perform for little Tyler's birthday party?
