It been a year since I posted art. This was the contest that I entered for Galaxy Cute for Clip Studio so I drew this. Sadly I didn't win but that alright I knew I'll never win it. I just wanted to get back into drawing again. Maybe the contest also tell me about it doesn't matter if you win or lose just draw what you like. Many people try so hard to get something. They value the effort and time into there art and I can understand why. They want to reach out to people to like comment, fave, tweets, etc. They long for people to be part of society. But when they don't get enough of recognition they feel depress as a sign they didn't do well enough. I can really understand they struggling to be part of them. It hard and depressing that if they don't win they don't want to draw anymore.

Art is a journey, you learn as it come by sometime and you pick up skill along the way. It tough and very hard and I don't have the answer on how to help you get back up but the only advice I could give is to self reflect. Give time for yourself and learn more where you should go next. I knew I was not going to win the contest because I was competing with others artist as well that are much better than me. People who have support and people who knew. I can even send hundred of illustration and still I won't win. Which is why I change my mind set to just draw what I really want to draw for me and not the contest itself. I just want to draw what I really wanted.
