She/he/they he don't care how you call her, she usually use all pronounces when he talk about themself
She can change his body and grow any extra part of his body including genitalia, but usually they don't have any of them, cus he founds this aspect problematic, but she don't mind to grow them if he needs it

She's a bit aggressive but it's just a trust issues, it's easy to calm him down tho
