Heyy guys! It's me and my dear friend

As you probably noticed, we're working a lot together, almost all our YCHes are colaborations. We're also best friends in real life, we love what we do, and there was a lot of changes prepared for this account. We planned to combine our accounts into one (this one) called EIRIN (eighthsun + emelyrin) and post all our future artworks as a team. THE THING IS... there's no way to change a username on Furaffinity. Thanks, Furaffinity.
So, what should we do? We can create a new account for both of us, but, of course, we're afraid of losing most of our followers from this account. Also we could ignore the username and work as a team anyway, make a huge note in the profile about who we are and why we're Eirin, not Eighthsun.
What should we do? We'd be glad to hear your voices!

I don't think losing followers would be a huge problem? The nice thing about FA as opposed to Twitter and other sites is that you can't really miss a journal posting, so you should be able to let everyone know pretty easily!! Especially if you did both a journal and a reminder submission or two~ :0
Мне нравится идея сделать аккаунт отдельным только с вашими колабами.
Видела еще двух художников у которых есть собственные аккаунты и общий - коллабный.
Плюс согласна с комментарием от SpottedTale, на ФА уровень подписчиков не так важен как на других платформах. Тут немного другая сиситема, что ли.
У меня по большому счету половина заказчиков не подписана на меня и это им не мешает делать у меян заказы регулярно.
Плюс можно первые пару месяцев активно делать ремайндеры, что вы переехали\имеете другой аккаунт.
