This guy is a toad, not a frog. He has a deep, croaky voice, and he had his warts removed surgically after he lost many friends that got his warts. How did he lose his friends?
- One of them pat his shoulder and got warts
- One of them gave him a noogie (rub their knuckles on his head) and got warts
- One of them hugged him and got warts
- One of them pat his back and got warts
They once did this out of praise, but his warts were contagious, naturally. And it took his friends a long time to get them removed. And they do not want to get any more warts, so they stay away from Clyde, and the toad felt sad and alone, but he knows that he lost his friends over his warts, and he wanted to make new friends, so he had no other option but to get rid of his own warts permanently. The surgery was expensive and painful, as it took hours to get rid of all of them, but when he woke up, he was in major pain, but he endured it and toughed it all out. And his warts never grew back again. His thick skin is smooth and he is safe to come in contact with. That is how he made new friends and lived a happy, prosperous life.
He eats insects and arachnids, so instead of calling an exterminator, his friends contacted him to take care of their pest problems, but they do not want to see him eat ants, roaches, etc. Yucky! And Clyde Croak eats what humans eat. He also drinks what we drink, too. He also enjoys life, being the best he can be.
If you think he's a frog, once again, he's not a frog. He's a toad. He does not swim. He stays on land like most toads do.
