Nose to Nose and Heart to Heart
Life is full of interesting twist, turns, and unexpected happenings. Sometimes you find someone and you just know that you're going to click. Sometimes quite the opposite. Then there are the times you're thankful as hell that you met someone when you did. Sometimes you think that things will never be the same between you, and sometimes you're right in all the best ways. Our existence is little more than a series of coincidences and the fallout of how we handle them. Who you keep close can change how everything plays out in ways you'd never expect. Stick close to those you care for and watch out for them, and love them (platonically or not) with all your soul. We'll all need to be there for each other eventually, especially these days.
I never expected things to click like they did between
valiamoonseer and I but... life has a funny way of working out, and I'm thankful every day for finding someone I can love and who loves me back. In a similar vein of things just working out, but with less romance, two friends were stuck in a rather unfortunate predicament a while ago and I was in a position to help. Rule .303 dictates that if you have the means to act, you have the responsibility, and so, I tossed some cash their way to help out. As a wholly unexpected thank you, I was offered some art and when the option of a piece of pixel art (something Valia has mentioned being VERY fond of) was proposed, I had to say yes. Thus, as the outcome of a long string of coincidences, 
obligatecannibal produced this adorable and overwhelmingly wholesome piece for us. I can't thank her enough for the work she put into this and I am in love with the end result ^.=.^
