Why must every character I draw have giant girl hips
This character mostly came about as a means of designing a futuristic G-Man uniform, so I tried to keep the colors sedate and professional while still making it stylish. I figure the organization he belongs to is like the MI-6 of crappy federal jobs. I opted to make him a labrador because it seems oddly appropriate for risky government work; fierce loyalty, a friendly disposition, and questionable intelligence. Maybe I'll draw some more of these guys later.
Why is his callsign Skunk? I figure he inherited it from the last guy that had his job, along with the outfit.
