A quick sketch I decided to finish up. Vice has a rather deeply repressed girly side to her- her vicious and domineering outward persona is a mask she's worn for so long that it's become who she is. When the blood and gore has dried and flaked off her fur and the smoke has cleared though, there's a part of her that would still secretly like to be a pretty princess too. Augur on the other hand, is unapologetically feminine and loves anything quaint and cute and fun. She doesn't even begin to comprehend the twisted lens through which Vice views the world but the naive warmth and openness she shows to her friends is by accident, what Vice probably needs more than anything else. When they're together, that mask begins to crack just a little and some humanity can shine through.

I feel my "style" is in a bit of a transition at the moment and I'm not really sure where I want it to go. There's bits of this I'm quite pleased with but I also feel a general dissatisfaction that I can't really place. If I figure out what it is, I might update the file for this.
