A simple but satisfying breaky from the kitchens of otaconxix

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: (Each ingredient is per sandwich of course.)

-1 egg
-2 strips of bacon
-grated or sliced cheese of your choosing. (I prefer sharp cheddar)
-2 pieces of bread
-butter
-1 skillet

STEP 1:

Start by cooking up the bacon in the skillet. Make sure to leave the bacon a little under cooked as you will be cooking it more later. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.

STEP 2:

Next, crack the egg into the pan with the bacon grease still inside. I'd also recommend flipping the eggs if you don't want them runny. Like with the bacon, leave the eggs a little under cooked as well. Remove from pan and set aside.

STEP 3:

Wash out the pan and return to your heated stovetop. Next, take the bread and smear the butter over 1 side of each piece. Place the first slice butter side down in the pan, then layer with the cheese, then the bacon, then the egg, then the last piece of bread butter side up. Flip the sandwich over to cook evenly on both sides until a nice golden brown. Remove from heat and enjoy.
