drizzle on baking pan veggie oil to prevent the catfish from sticking
one flat head cat fish meat on bone one pound one ounce
about a half a jar of sweet and hot Jalapenos with some of the juice drizzled on catfish
drizzle minced garlic to cover most of the peppers and the meat
drizzle Orange ginger stir fry sauce over entire catfish

bake at 300 degrees F for a hour check at 20 min intervals to make sure your not burning it lol I almost did oops!
