Sigil Rune is Glyph's alleged twin sister separated at birth. They are both the same age and adopted at the same time, she was able to track down Glyph through his adoption records, an inconvenient fact that Sigil keeps secret from Glyph. Sigil is classified as an endangered species with the only known surviving member of her species being Glyph. Glyph is the only one who can give her purebred babies and repopulate their species. Thus she keeps her potential biological relationship unspoken as she tries to seduce Glyph into impregnating her.
Sigil has big floppy ears that reach down all the way to her waist. While she can easily keep them fully erect at all times, she is self conscience about how large they are and keeps them fold behind her back. Although she likes to cover his face with them when embarrassed or scared. Sigil's trademark skill is her ability to achieve flight by flapping her two large ears as wings, allowing her to move freely through midair.

Sigil's main draw is a highly prehensile tail that she can use and manipulate in various ways as if it was a third arm. In practice, her tail can whip, snap, grip, curl, and even make a hand to form a fist with. In addition, her tail can extend and contract at will, thus allowing her to wield it as a rope, a bungee cord, a slingshot, or even a pully for herself
