Nothing's really wrong with this. Celebi's right antennae is longer than the left. There could also be petals fling in front of the characters. :U

The background is amazing, but the characters could be better, they do not feel like they have depth and structure - Try to use construction when drawing them (A good book on the topic is Preston Blair's book on animation which explains it perfectly - there are places where it's downloadable)
What's also weird that the characters do not seem to get light from the same light source, it's confusing.
You could also play around with varied thicknesses on the lineart to give them even more depth and energy.
