It was raining when I woke up, so I waited until it had shoved off before doing my daily walk. I spotted these four rather grave white ibis perched on a streetlight, and I decided to grab a picture. They very obligingly waited for me to get the picture, while looking down their noses at me.

Actually, based on the way they're built, I don't think an ibis can look anywhere but down their noses at you.
