Based on a Spongebob Squarepants episode "Spongeguard on Duty".
Chloe tried to save someone who's drowning from a pool while she & Ptera were at the beach. Luckily she had found a green flexible pipe.
So, by using it, she inserted into the sweet ocean, and started drinking it. Her stomach and thighs stretched out as she drank.
Almost all the water were gone from the pool as Chloe reached her stomach limit, and became a water-balloon.
Ptera: Umm....
Chloe: Well, at least he's saved before he went to the bottom... ^^
