Yet another one of my cyborg gals, Melissa (last name pending). She used to be a sort of a big sister figure to both Riona and Tamira back when they all were with the Razors. Later she became Rio's enemy after the latter defected, but eventually joined Riona herself. Gentle, polite and soft-spoken, she does not make an impression of a strong fighter, but she is a master of fencing and is incredibly fast and agile.She can control Wind element, and can cut you up before you can blink. She is fast like the wind (but not lightning-fast, so she still loses to Riona :B ).
