Lord Divado is the cousin of Prince Vegeta. His father was Lord Degeta, younger brother of King Vegeta. To prevent a struggle for power, Degeta left planet Vegeta years ago with a ship and a crew of Elite soldiers to roam the galaxy, conquering planets in Frieza's name as they went. Divado was concieved, born, and raised on board the ship. When news FINALLY reached them of the destruction of their homeworld the immediately headed towards the planet where they found the most most powerful Saiyan power levels...Earth.
