Mourning, a badass steampunk harpy eagle.

Born with crippled wings, Mourning had clockwork metal wings fitted overtop them. (He also has a porthole in his chest that makes his heart visible, but I'm unclear on precisely why this is.)

Chibi badge commission from FurtherConfusion 2010. He's about 3"x2".
He also kicked off a disturbing trend of too-much-detail-in-my-winged-chibis, but that just tends to happen when I'm allowed to draw wings...
