Photonis is a wisp of lightbloom gloop. Lightbloom gloop is an extremely heavy gum-like goo made of condensed light. Photonis is mostly a floating glob of lightbloom gloop appearance-wise, though there seem to be angel wings attached to the wisp that are made of the lightbloom gloop.
