Tomias is the eccentric Head Of Hidden Knowledge on Small Island, extremely intelligent and full of (mostly) useful knowledge. While he ostensively has a role in the village that keeps him busy, the mysterious circumstances surrounding Reno’s arrival, along with his very non-nickit powers fascinate Tomias, who chases the former human around, constantly offering advice and asking no end of questions.

Reno, for his part uses him as a pseudo Pokédex and Tutor to the world of Pokémon; since he’s one of the few residents who believe Reno’s wild claims, he’s happy to offer non-judgmental advice.

Mina comes to appreciate ‘Books’ after a while, but for the most part regards the boys and their antics as annoying craziness. While it’s hard to argue her status as Reno’s partner, she absolutely refuses to make it official by registering as a team, so name...TBD
