Ric and Del are Hepzibah’s devotee henchmen, seeing to it that her shadowy goals are accomplished and things move along. They used to be the best of friends, even forming a Rescue team that specialized in helpful demolition. Water and electric types don’t always get along though, and the partnership broke up after a series of mistakes on the job.

Hepzibah recognized the usefulness of having such talented people in her employ and brokered a peace between the two estranged wreckers. Due to this, they are very grateful and carry out her commands and wishes without question or failure.
