Here is my lovely dragoness, Lukashyra, and this is hir garments within hir world. Hir main garments is a black tunic that is mostly to cover hir big breasts/moobs, and shi wears a dark-blue and black waist-robes and pants, and hir waist sash has a golden gem in the center. And shi wears a large dark-blue wizard cap with big golden bellows and black stripes. As for why shy’s not wearing a cape or a cloak for hir torso? Why bother when shi got hir wings, in which when not in use, shi’ll have them holding onto hir shoulders or clasp together over hir breasts, resulting hir wings to be more of a natural cloak. And the pendant shi wears around hir neck, it may look like a normal accessory, but it’s filled with incredible amounts of magical energy, emergency storage just in case if shi feels drained enough (which is incredibly rare). The pendant is made with black pearls and the gem itself is a lapis lazuli, and when its full of power, it would sparkle like stars in the night sky. But when it’s drained, it would be dull in coloration.
And like it was stated in hir reference, shi can channel hir magic through any part of hir body. The staff shi is carrying here is more of an accessory, a weapon, and be used to fool bandits, thieves, and rogues and enemy monsters if any of them think shi needs it to wield magic. It does make good use for whacking though, but shi’ll either do so when going easy on hir opponent, or use it as a cane.
