It turns out that she had Pink hair with a Green dress in Rocket Knight Adventures.
Brown/Red Hair and a Blue dress in Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2 along with her Blonde cousin Cherry in a Red dress.
Then in Sparkster for the Snez we have Princess Flora who had a Pink hair and a Blue dress.
Finally Rocket Knight apparently has Sherry in the ending, with Red-Pink hair and Blue dress, but frankly the model was Hideous for her.

So we are both right! :D
This just happens to be Rocket Knight Adventures Sherry :P
