I haveto hand it to the fatty. the goat nos his stuff. I am alraedy seeing a diffrance. I wish i had a scale so i cuold really tell how much diffrent i am but i mean i can see it just looking.
Its been a week now sinse bo made the cap go on vacashun. I cant beleive how much ive changed in a week.
My abs are gone. I can poke my finger into were they were and its soft. Im not fat i mean but i think i got a belly started now i mean because it does stick out a little bit. Its even softer when i sit down because when i sit it sticks out more. I dont even mind it so much ecxept that all my shirts feel a little tight.
