RIP Alex Trebek
Long time game show host of the show, Jeopardy, Alex Trebek passed away rom pancreatic cancer after almost two year battle. The Canadian born Trebek hosted a number of game shows over his vast career, but will forever be known as the host of Jeopardy. When he was host from 1984 to 2020.
Alex was the show, made the show and certainly made the show far more entertaining. And of all the game shows, Jeopardy was the most entertaining, and educational at the same time.
Alex will go down in history along with Monty Hall, Gene Rayburn and Art Fleming as the host of hosts.
Jeopardy will not be the same without Alex. I just hope they can find a worthy replacement.

Had his distinctive Afro hairstyle and thick mustache in the 1970s and reserved manner that made him stand out among clean shaven and cheerful game hosts. Enforces the rules of the game often but with a great sense of humor and comic timing.
