I have this weird love hate for this comic xd
I love the comic the character all have really nice design and stuff
But I really hate the seniors xd
It's likely due to me being way too much empathic with very thing and if I was in their place, I would have already want to knock his lights out (not that would ever knock someone out, I'm not violent in anyway) before storming back to bed to sleep it off.
But as I said, that's just me being empathic about everything, I really like the comic

No yeah! I think it's perfectly normal to be happy to get an emotional response from people, it's more likely to make them care about what the main character goes through and well wanting them to get past this
Especially since well lots of people would feel this kind of humiliation when put through this situation which makes the character feel well human and easier to connect to, like you wanna be friends with them and be there to support them ^^
