The character, however, is entirely mine. He is the final of the several spirits sharing a body with Kyo Shinohira, and one of my personal favorites. His name is Riko, and he is the soul of a somewhat drunken, everyday man whose life held its share of heartbreak. He acts very parental toward Kyo (which is unique for an alter ego) and cares deeply about him.
