Machinery and buildings are fairly easy, make merry with a ruler, make measurements, possibly include some ledges or a pattern for the outside if it's steel, brick, or wood, and presto, an easy-peasy building! Machinery depends on what you're trying to draw but lots of machines have cases and panels so you could just draw a nice boxy or smooth case with some things sticking out.
As for the pic, awesome as always. ^_^ Your werewolves are always topnotch in my opinion.
