Kisa is the son of Leonardo Cavaliri. Leo married Satomi Tenshi, and, seeing as he was part of the mafia and didn't want Kisa to share a "dishonorable" last name, he decided that Kisa would take on Satomi's last name instead of his. And so, Kisa is Kisa Tenshi...
But he still takes after his daddy in the sense that he's a member of a mob (the same mob Dmetri is in) and isn't afraid to kill people. His weapon of choice is the extended Scorpion. He's proud, short-tempered, and somewhat masochistic. Yup, he's a sweet kid. I suppose the apple doesn't fall far from the tree...
