I'm not too sure quite honestly. I suppose something closer to CC / party control related stuff.
for instance, one ability would be to freeze(stun) a target, and another ability could be ice explosion (if stun, then bonus damage) type thing.
Another ability could be a on-one-party-member ice wall (1 damage block) like the shield breaker, except only 2 or 3 uses per battle, and gives a buff or debuff of some sort.
Basically anything ice related that doesnt immediately make her a god, lol
