Another piece based on something from The Art of Jay Ward Productions. In the original Rocky is a bit farther away, waving before a bunch of generic white guys plus Captain Peachfuzz. I didn't feel up to drawing that many UPA-influenced generic white guys. It did take a good bit of self-restraint not to add a little shading into the drum, to suggest space between the membrane and the rim of the drum; the point of a drawing style like this is simplification, after all, not photorealism.
