He is very wise and cunning, but also has an aloof personality, so he doesn't get himself involved in other people's affairs if possible.
To anyone he deems as a friend however, he treats with respect and kindness.
His element is Light, and he has the power of healing.
But if the wounds are too serious (i.e. cursed or very poisonous) he can't heal them fully, and he can't bring back the dead and his Light powers allow him to remove curses, banish the undead, and can illuminate even the darkest caves.
Dislikes fighting, but fights very well if he's forced to do so.

He uses a magic hammer tha is calld Celestial Wrath and it as multiple abilities (he can only use one at a time, he can't combine them together):

-- Roar of the Heavens - creates a mighty shockwave upon impact. The stronger he hits with the hammer, the stronger the shockwave.

-- Celestial Light - the head of the hammer glows with the power of Light, burning anything evil/ demonic on contact.

-- Divine Judgement - the most powerful ability of them all. It triples the length of the handle, while size of the head can be increased up to ten times it's original size. The head of the hammer also turns into light, and anything that the hammer hits in this state is instantly disintegrated into light particles. Whilst powerful, it drains a very large amount of energy from Shen Guang, in fact prolonged usage could even kill him.

He also carries a medium sized circular shield that is calld Sol Aegis, which is enchanted to reflect light or magic based attacks.
He also have some controll over Fire, Wind, Water and Earth Element, but his main element is Light

He lives in a hidden monastery high in the mountains in the central in the world and the path to the monastery cannot be found unless he allows it.
