I try to take care of the cats in the neighborhood, by giving them handfuls of food and protecting the best I can. I watch ghetto gangstas attack the poor things, because they think it's "funny".
Tonight my mom and I were walking the dog, and I had some cat food for this kitten.
And this monster came around the corner, high speeds and just ran over the kitten.
He did stop, only for a few seconds before peeling away.
What's worse as we're trying to call animal control to get some kind of help, the monster came back around the block to weasel his way out of responsibility. He was utterly high, and acting like he done nothing wrong before just driving off.

I think more like Brazil, it's a massive broken machine run and maintained by various level of apathetic and/or stupidity of Terry Gilliam-esque madness and political group think. A governing system held together with gum, toothpicks and a bit of duct tape.
That might actually be much worse.
Sorry, I'm trying very hard not to just explode in rage at the situation because this was the tip of the iceberg. From the roaming gangs to this kid, and I mean kid getting gun down at this little story around the corner and hearing the racist comments about the owners when they stayed open (they're an Asian trying to scrape by here in Baltimore like the rest of us), it just gets to be too much and honest discussion about the situation is ether silenced or take over by groups on both sides.
That might actually be much worse.
