Nick Wilde decided to pull a little extra pocket change from a job he was tipped off about. Unfortunately, this was a hustle Mr. Wilde was not going to get away with...
So what exactly was the proposed plan? Pawpsicles? Skunk butt rugs? The baby elephant scheme? No, none of those; this was to be Wilde's simplest job yet. Nick was to ride the elevator up to the 5th floor of an apartment in Tundratown, look for the room with a stone doorknob, open the door, and report his findings back to the ZPD. Oh, you thought this was a classic sly fox hustle? No, when said 'hustle', I meant the type performed by a dumb fox; Wilde was undercover and alone for this one.
Anyways, he may have opened the door, and he may have tried to do his job, and he might have paid the stone cold price for it. But who knows? I'm only theorizing here.
How do I know all this? Well, Mr. Wilde may have had the case file on hand, and I might have been there when he was turned into a giant vulpine paperweight, and I may have conveniently "thought" it was my Sunday paper (oops).
It is unknown what those once emerald eyes saw in that room. But one things for sure, this is going to take away from Nick's vacation time.
