If you're wondering why Dark Jolteon is green rather than the blood-red of the other Dark Pokemon, it's cuz my friend absolutely refused to be red. He made the same point  Latios411 did. Black and red is cliche. I don't care; I think it's cool, but he refused anyway.

His Dark Power is the ability to phase through solid objects.
