Hosted a beginners flash panel over at Howloween's remote con this year. We animated the character portion live while walking through the basic controls and functions of the program.

When I was starting out as an artist, learning flash really helped me come into my own, shaped my style and allowed me to make things that grabbed peoples attention. Without it I don't think I would have pursued art.

Maybe more panels in future would be cool, it's a little sad that people think this program is dying just because flash player isn't being supported in browser after next month. It's still useful for making little animations, I hope I can inspire others to try it out :>
