I've decided to post another old drawing I made in the past. Originally, this was meant for a monthly event on a different art site; the specific prompt for that month was "Hybrid" and involved drawing creatures made of parts of different animals, specifically with no "human bits".
For that I came up with a scene with a Gryphon fighting a Manticore... but wait, Manticores have human features, right? Human Head, Lion Body and Scorpion Tail? Well, I bypassed that by replacing human features with monkey[/b] feature (quite monstrous monkey features, but still).
And that's how this scene cam to be.
This was made back in 2017 when I still had a graphic program to color in the sky (back then I didn't have the right blue markers for that).
