Lucid kobold belongs to me,
lucidkobold, and is an adult.
I am very grateful for the gift art and I absolutely love the idea, however, we aren't happy with the experience we had with the artist. They made a mistake and it took threatening a refund for them to even acknowledge the mistake and offer to fix it. There was no review process. They uploaded the unapproved version that had mistakes. The second version still has mistakes, but after the whole ordeal we decided to take what we can get. Would not do business with again and would not recommend them for art commissions. This is likely going in the scraps in a week or two.

He wouldn't even acknowledge that he made a mistake. Rude or not he should conduct business better than that. Shouldn't have to threaten a refund to get them to acknowledge a mistake.
I detailed what the mistakes were and they still half ass corrected it and missed things.
According to a few others I spoke to this isn't even the first incident of it coming from Chu. I'm not sorry. I just won't do business with them in the future unless I see he acknowledges and corrects the poor way he's doing business.

Been doing business with him for a very, very long time now and he's never been anything but great. Commissions are always done within a -week-. Even if there is a problem? Don't post the commission and badmouth them in the description. That's beyond rude and makes you look awful.

It's called a review. I've left plenty of good reviews on my other uploads. I'll leave bad reviews again too if it comes down to business as poorly as this.

You're probably his close friend and doing his dirty work. If he had any integrity and respect for the work he makes then he would be contacting me asking how he could fix it ... in fact he wouldn't have ignored the requests for the fixes the first time we asked for them. It took a refund threat to even get a response about the mistakes we tried to bring to his attention.

The commission has my character in it and was gifted to me. I can upload it as I please. Anywhere I wish. Leaving whatever comments, descriptions, and reviews.
If he can't handle a negative review then that's too bad. We gave him the opportunity to go fix it. In fact if it didn't take the refund threat to even get the partial fix we got I wouldn't be as upset as I am. Probably wouldn't have even included it in the description.
At the end of the day he's selling a product. I as the consumer am allowed to review said product and how he conducts business with me.

I’ll have to agree with lucidkobold, this “great” guy of yours is a complete but hurt looser, not only half Assed a job he was getting paid for, but finding people that are connected to lucid to complain to like a child, your “very long time business partner” is a dickhead, and you’re one too if you stand behind how they do business, GFY to him and GFY to you too
