Well, victoriam refers to victory and calidam to warm, but i do not know the entire word that begin with "pert"..

Edit: I think it's ad calidam victoriam pertinet, that is translated (according to some website and not my very limited latin knowledge) " at hot victor belongs, even if i'm not sure of that. Maybe it's something like the "victory belongs to the warm ones"
