I liked it so much, I plugged it! https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9683616/
Hell yeah!
Such comradery. No wonder the werewolves end up inheriting the world. I've always thought that the idea of an anthro species showing up and sort of naturally supplanting humanity by working together and not being innately wired for conflict is interesting. It's such a unique way to analyze whether or not humanity is redeemable.
Then again, a later story of yours has humanity enslaved by the wolves. That adds quite a layer of nuance to their morality.

Forcing humans to share the planet with an equally sentient and intelligent species that has a different moral outlook is absolutely where my writing lives. There is just so much you can prod and poke at, right there! It seems you and I are very much on the same wavelength in this regard.
It's scandalous, I know, but my werewolves tend not to be monsters; more often they're a repressed underclass just trying to get by as best they can in a human-dominated world. Banlieue Blues, which is the story you reference, is an outlier. It doesn't share a 'universe' with any of my other stories.
I love it when readers really dive into what I'm trying to do with these stories; it inspires me to keep on writing. Thank you very much indeed!
