No, this comic is for the mod Jailbreak, which I had heard was really good. Unfortunatly no one plays it now, so the fans have occational get togethers. Upon DLing the custom maps and loading it, turned out it was somebodies birthday and special bunting had been placed around, and the flag had been changed to a present. Pretty cool. Some guy played Birthday boys favourite songs over the mic (which was annoiying, but cool for his birthday) However, the childish prick started complaining when people killed him, and it appeared the game was rigged so only he could win. When he demanded all action stop so he and his friends could examine and gloat about the banners and bunting, I left. I would have happily gone easy on him had he not acted like a knob head.
