Brian & Stewie in 'Road to the Macroverse'
Dated 22/05/2010
Stewie's latest scheme goes awry when his prototype growth ray inadvertently turns Brian into a giant rampaging beast. Cue gratuitous furry stompage, random cutaway gags galore and a mildly distracting subplot involving Peter and Lois that nobody is really following. It's gonna be sweet!!
I know. It's ridiculous. Don't blame me. Blame Trebor and
engdrag - seeing an animation involving Brian squashing an ant and subsequently chatting with Trebor on Eccentricities about the prospect of me trying my hand at drawing a stompy Brian led to this wonderfully random experimental piece of Family Guy fanart that I don't think I would ever have otherwise attempted. Having never drawn any characters from Family Guy before, the urge to give it a go overwhelmed me last Friday to the point that I came home from work, downloaded loads of reference images and drawing tutorials to my phone and sketched a couple of pics of Brian for the first time. Being Family Guy, picking this style up was refreshingly easy, leading me then to spend a subsequent Saturday morning learning how to draw Stewie in preparation for this idea. By Saturday evening, I'd created the finished piece. Now I remember why I love cartooning so much more than fine art...!
On a cultural note, I have mixed feelings towards Family Guy as a show. Until a few years ago I had no interest in it whatsoever having long been a die hard fan of The Simpsons and feeling some scepticism towards the level at which Family Guy pitched its humour. However, watching it and becoming familiar with it has led it to grow on me over time, even though I still raise a brow at some of its random tangents, extended repetitive gags and American cultural references that as a Brit I am never particularly likely to get...! I must confess though that I especially like the 'Road To...' episodes. With 'Road to the Multiverse' having had its UK TV premiere on BBC Three about 3 weeks ago, my parody seemed almost appropriate!
And before anybody asks, I have no idea if you'll be seeing any more Brian or Stewie art from me. I must admit this was so much darn fun that I might just have to at some point...!

As i wrote in my previous comment, you make HOT every kind of foot! Brian's foot looks so massive and wide... why is he running? Be at that huge, soft sole will be fantastic!!!
P.S. After Bryan from 'Family Guys', you MUST check-out Tim the bear from 'The Cleveland Show': a perfect character for feet and stomp... and he's a chubby brow bear!

Ok, SOMEONE broke into my brains last night, i can tell Well, it wasn't too big of a thought, but i did have this occasional thought about Brian's paws. Not that i had full-scaled fantasies, but yeah
Of course, i also love Family Guy XD
This pic sorta feels good to watch too after having been one of the people to witness the "where's my money" scene :3
Awesomely evil as always! Cheers fer that!

Big bad Brian is SO frickin sexy!
And now, Stewie becums Brian's new footlicking sex slave who's only future is...
Learning how to satisfy Brian's every erotic and most devious desires.
Giant Brian mashes Stewie underfoot demanding foot worship as he seizes the growth ray, growing gigantic so he can crush the entire city and everyone in it under his super sexy sweet feet!

Ah, so that Family Guy discussion on Eccen really did produce something...
I do love Family Guy, yet for some reason my parents both hate it...
Ah well, my favourite character is Stewie...and I could totally see this happening in an episode if Stewie did decide to make a growth ray...
Will this be followed up with a "BOOM!" from Brian's paw followed shortly by a cry of "Blast!"?

Heh - indeed!
Not a show I imagine parents necessarily do like, to be honest - I think it's probably largely aimed at people in their late teens to mid-thirties. The crudeness, the pace of it and the distracting cutaways are the kind of thing I suppose some parents don't like about it. Not that they've seen it, but I know my parents wouldn't!
Thanks again!
