Here's another one of my first ever characters, Aqua

A 4'07" tall on all fours, 18 feet long vaporeon
He's got half a tail fin and is a normal vappy blue but partially translucent especially near his belly and from all the water he absorbs and has soft, dark green spines all along his back. He also has pastel dark blue frills and has lime green eyes.
