Earlier this year I considered drawing up an entire roster of music-act characters as it's something I think about a lot and I figure my other characters have to listen to somebody.

Then I decided that was way too much effort and world building to waste on an audience of, well, furries.

Nonetheless, this guy was always gonna be the first to get that treatment after Apocalypse 86. He first appeared a few years back complete with a bio despite being a one-off at the time. Now I suppose we'll take whatever we may or may not have learned since then to try and do it better.
