Ah, eeee! I absolutely adore this! That would be my exact expression, spot on, spot on.... I love how you captured a moment where these two seemed to be just lounging around, perhaps about to hit the hay after a long, tiresome day, and Brutal gently leans over to give a reassuring scratch behind the ears to little ol' Ives...Brilliantly done, my friend. With the heat we've been having to deal with up here (though it's cooled off a fair bit), I can find that easy to imagine.
But no problem! I'm glad you like it! I had a super urge to draw Ives (I think his design's adorable), so I did.
FACT: Originally I was going to draw Brutal holding a PS2 controller in his free hand (I'm a gaming sort, and therefore, so is he), and I don't see why I can't change it when I line it and colour it.
