After Aspen refuses to let go, Agatha loses her grip, causing both canines to take a plunge down my throat. Surrounded by a chewed-up mess of fruit and other unrecognizable mush, our canine duo find themselves becoming a protein-rich addition to my breakfast.
Agatha: Did you really have to drag me down with you? I could’ve administered some antacids while we waited for Leroux to cough up a hairball!
Aspen: Eeeeew... this lion’s stomach is gross enough when he hasn’t eaten! Now it’s like we’re sitting in a living blender!
Agatha: Whatever... Leroux? You mind taking some ipecac from the cabinet, big guy? We need to get out of your gut before things start getting gurgly...
Leroux: And lose my breakfast? If you’re really that desperate to get out, I could always just down a laxative.
Agatha: N-no, wait a minute!!!

It’s really just some low-brow humor in the dialogue, kind of just to remind them that they are inside a living creature :p I like to allude to stuff like that for comical purposes, but that’s usually the furthest I’d go (except for one piece I commissioned that is placed in scraps and tagged appropriately).
