Eris definitely hates growing. This might be her biggest. Luckily tgenhumans are here to help make sure her and the city are ok

This is one stunningly well done scene, but... Can't help but feel bad for her, having uncontrolled size changes while being the kind of person who cares about ordinary people's lives must be traumatic.

And she's still astonishingly lovely, despite that.

It's an aspect of macro that's surprisingly seldom explored, that's for sure. Unfortunate, since it leads to some interesting scenarios and characters.

Not really. But she is much bigger. These growth spurts happen a lot. But not on this scale. Lucky her, her bf is on his way to calm her down

The way her powers work allows for her to have things grow with her. She usually picks clothing.

She cant do that many with her. Only thing directly touching her

She actually has to live near the city. Her change was made by a totem. Shes now forced into protecting it. And she cant leave it's area of effect

what happens if she leaves the area of effect of the totem?

She gets much weaker and it can kill her. The totem is what gives her the powers she has. And if she leaves the area it takes them away

The "fandom" or whatever seems to be split into gentle and cruel camps, really. I dabble in both sides... mostly to get my stuff more attention. Maybe throwing her into more gentle macro/micro interactions wouldn't hurt if you personally don't care for the typical stompy city rampage stuff.

I do. All of her art is gentle art. This was one of the few pieces where something on this scale happened. You can't see my art since I removed all my macro art off of FA last night. And am moving it to Twitter.
All I ever saw from the macro community was death and rampage. So I've left both the community and the fandom

Well, she's a cute cat, so that's a shame. I've seen people do this sort of stuff with varying results before so you do you. I consider the best approach to be ignoring the stuff you don't like, but regardless, your stuff had a certain charm to it for being more vanilla and gentle than the usual macro content.

Unfortunately in the world she lives in, macros are seen as monsters. Because most are. But she's grown like this before. So the military knows this was a total accident

Hey, it's not that bad, because macros can try to be kind and gentle.
Yes, they may be afraid, but at least they will try to establish contact, help, show that they are not evil, that they can be useful and be accurate.
And this is not a sign of weakness !!!

Most macros in her universe are insane killers. So the humans dont trust them. They've leveled cities. There are some nice ones though

Love the details such her reflection on that skyscraper, the fur passing through that couple of ruined buildings and the fire station almost being destroyed by her paw. Superb work!

Oh boy, all that property damage!
Poor Eris, she looks so sad and regrets so much having her to experience that sudden growth burst.
Man, you did an excellent job with her face expressions! You can really feel how sad she is. It's not common to see a size pic with a sad macro.
And I see that you went the extra mile to add lots of tiny details in this one, such as the windows of the buildings and all those little cars in the streets.
I like the fact that even the fur of her tail is making a mess out of a building.

I believe this is the biggest I've had Eris get in a picture. And she hates to grow and be macro. So this is terrible for her. Her bf is on his way to help calm her down though. And I love scream's eye candy. All the details he does and I definitely asked for a lot of it here.

Yup! Slow growth and if anyone was caught by her, her fur is thick enough they wouldn't be crushed

We start our favorite game entitled "what are those vehicles back there"? Let's start with the most obvious one - the plane. Rather, it's the Lockheed C-130 Hercules. About, 90% sure. Hercules has quite a distinctive design, especially compared to other transport planes, so it's probably him. Wings in the center of the plane which are practically rectangles and 4 turboprop engines. Helicopters are a bigger problem, but for me, the design resembles the "Sikorsky S-92 Superhawk", or another helicopter created by Sikorski. The biggest problem is with fighters. The design is rather American (Russians mostly have very characteristic ones), but what exactly are they? I would personally say a Boeing F / A-18 Super Hornet, but it's a guessing game. They don't have enough details to be 100% sure

The c-130 is spot on. The jets escorting it are supposed to be f-22 Raptors. All helicopters are supposed to.be American as well. A blackhawk in her hand. The other ones that are non military are news helicopters. I asked for those designs specifically. So those are the correct answers. I didnt draw it though... so there is that
